The STSP has become the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing cluster. The STSP has driven the development of the industry cluster with its complete infrastructure and abundant resources for R&D of emerging technologies. In the future, the STSP will continue to create an ecosystem for cultivating diverse and high-quality talent,optimize the international competitiveness of the tenant companies, and at the same time create a friendly environment and promote sustainable development.

• The STSPB will work towards becoming an eco-friendly science park, from advanced manufacturing to advanced packaging, forming a complete semiconductor S-shaped corridor that connects the Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City and the AI dual-core economic ecosystem, thereby developing the Greater Southern New Silicon Valley and implementing the President’s "Balanced Taiwan" policy.


• We will create a diverse investment environment in the STSP, combine AI and chip technology, drive industrial innovation, transformation, and upgrade, increase the value of Taiwan's high-tech industry supply chain, and jointly promote AI technology with government departments to secure the global position as a key partner.


• We will help tenant companies make progress in developing leading technologies, and achieve balanced development of the ecological environment and the region, with the goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050. We will also incorporate education and culture to create a sustainable science park that coexists, prospers, and is shared with local communities.
